https://neave.com/imagination/ is the first art generator I encountered,This art generator doesn't really give you the opportunity to create your own thing,the design just follows your mouse around creating wave like pictures.You can not save what you create.There is not really much you can do but mouse your mouse around and let the pointer do the work.It does however,can be used to make exotic atmospheres and uses different angles to make it look like your above,inside,or below it.As show to the left.

http://weavesilk.com/ is the second art generator I observed,this generator unlike the previous one allows you to put some creation from small color to the full design.This one allows you to create a beautiful silk like design based off how you use the dots/controls and how many you use.On this particular art generator you can save your work after completing it.

https://www.magatsu.net/generators/art/index.php is the third I happened to come across,it doesn't exactly let you create something but it does give you some basic ideas on what to do for art,in other words it gives you prompts.It gives you the option to choose how many prompts your would like,and it also asks you if you want it simple,elaborate,or both,then you click generate and it will give you some prompts.It does not however,allow you to download the prompts so you would have to screen shot it or write them down.All in all,if you are looking for an idea to draw or create something this would be ideal.

https://www.conceptstart.net/creature-design-generator-idea-prompt#creature is the last I came across,to be honest I really like this one,not only does it help you generate art,it helps you generate prompts occasionally and helps you generate characters,who are given a life span,personality,gender,key feature,etc.Sadly though,like the third it doesn't allow you to download so your just going to have to write it down or screen shot it your self,I would personally recommend this to people who are looking for some characters,themes,and plots/prompts.
